We are getting a new online banking platform and mobile app!
***The implementation has been moved to June 23, 2026. The new go live date for the website and app is June 25, 2026.***
Effective June 25, 2026, Texas National Bank is excited to offer our customers a brand new online banking system and mobile app. Here's what you need to know:
On June 23 and June 24, 2026, the current website and app will switch into view-only mode. Internal transfers, external transfers, Zelle, BillPay and mobile deposits will be unavailable during this time, so please plan accordingly. On the morning of June 25, the new website will be live, and the new app will be available for download.
Your current username and password will remain the same, and you will use that information to login to the new website and app. All Zelle, BillPay and external transfer information (payee, history, accounts, etc.) should migrate to the new system as well. Face ID and Touch ID will not migrate to the new system, so you will need to use your username and password to login to the app the first time.
If you currently link your accounts through Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks will not sync their system with our new system until 6/30. During the days that the link is inactive, you should be able to download your transactions from online banking and upload them to Quickbooks manually.
